Manchester Frontrunners will be running from Longford Park to the area around the church, where they'll do a quick warm up. Non-club members who want to join the Frontrunners can do so in the park (10 am) or at the church (10.10 am). Please email co-chairs@manchesterfrontrunners.org in advance to let them know if you plan to come along.
